Burton Beck, the founder of Vera Earl, loved Bologna. Fom his days in WWII or working cattle on the ranch, Bologna was his "go to." We did our best to honor him by putting together this all-beef, old-school bologna.  It is straight from the butchers block (no perservatives!) and after just one bite of this, you too, will be reminiscing about the good ole' days.
